Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Account tab in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

The Firm plan ($79.99/month) covers up to 15 debtors, with additional debtors billed at $2.99/month each — so you're never forced to drop someone or jump to a custom Enterprise contract just because your portfolio grew by a few. For portfolios over roughly 20 debtors, contact us for volume-based Enterprise pricing.

Yes. You can pause individual debtors to pause monitoring without losing their history, or cancel your subscription entirely from the billing portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH and invoice billing are available for Enterprise plans. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
