Everything you need to know about how billing works.

A debtor counts as active when their monitoring status is set to Active in your dashboard. Debtors you've paused or removed do not count toward your bill. You can toggle any debtor's status at any time and billing adjusts on your next invoice cycle.
There is no setup fee and no contract required. Create an account and start monitoring immediately. We can discuss a trial period for larger portfolios — reach out to Support@TrackMyDebtor.com.
When you pause a debtor, automated sweeps stop and billing stops for that debtor on the next cycle. Their monitoring history is preserved. When you resume, sweeps restart and billing resumes — no data is lost.
Yes. For firms monitoring 50 or more debtors, we offer volume pricing. Contact us at Support@TrackMyDebtor.com with your approximate portfolio size and we'll put together a custom rate.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH and invoice billing are available for firms on volume plans. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
