What Is the API?
The TrackMyDebtor.com API allows developers and businesses to programmatically interact with the platform — adding debtors, retrieving sweep results, and receiving alerts — without logging into the web interface. It's designed for organizations that manage large volumes of debtors or want to connect TrackMyDebtor.com to their existing case management, collections, or legal software.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all public API, access is handled on a request basis so we can make sure the integration fits your workflow and volume requirements.
Who Is It For?
API access is a good fit if you:
- Manage a high volume of debtors and need to automate adding or updating records
- Want to pipe alerts or sweep results directly into your own software (e.g., a CRM, case management system, or collections platform)
- Are a law firm, collections agency, or process server looking to embed judgment monitoring into an existing workflow
- Need custom data exports or automated reporting
If you're an individual user or a small team, the web interface will likely cover everything you need. The API is primarily aimed at enterprise and high-volume use cases.
API access is currently in a limited early-access phase. Full documentation will be published when general availability opens. If you're interested now, contact us — early-access customers help shape the API's design.
How to Request Access
API access is available upon request. To get started, email us at:
In your email, briefly describe:
- What you're trying to build — what system or workflow you'd like to connect
- Estimated volume — roughly how many debtors you manage and how frequently you'd be making API calls
- Your current plan — or let us know if you're evaluating before subscribing
We'll follow up with details on availability, pricing for API-enabled plans, and next steps.
What to Expect After Reaching Out
Once we receive your request, a team member will review it and respond within 1–2 business days. If your use case is a good fit, we'll share:
- Current API capabilities and any limitations
- Authentication and credential setup
- Available endpoints and response formats
- Rate limits and usage guidelines
Because API access is handled on a per-customer basis right now, we're able to work with you directly to make sure the integration is set up correctly from the start.
The more detail you include in your initial email, the faster we can evaluate your request and put together a relevant response. A one-paragraph description of your use case is plenty.
General Availability
We plan to open API access more broadly in the future, including self-serve credential generation and full public documentation. When that happens, it will be announced via email to existing subscribers and posted in the help center.
In the meantime, reaching out directly is the only way to get access — and early-access customers get priority support and input into the feature roadmap.
