Two Ways to Sign In

You can sign in to your account at trackmydebtor.com/login using either method:

  • Email and password — the email and password you chose when you created your account.
  • Sign in with Google — one click using your Google account. No password needed. If you sign up with Google, your account is permanently linked to that Google account.

Signing In with Email and Password

    Go to the login page

    Navigate to trackmydebtor.com/login.

    Enter your email and password

    Type the email address and password you registered with. Both are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock is off.

    Click Sign In

    You'll be taken directly to your monitoring dashboard.

Signing In with Google

    Click "Sign in with Google"

    The Google Sign-In button is at the top of the login and signup pages.

    Choose your Google account

    A popup will appear letting you choose which Google account to use. If you've previously signed in with Google, your account will be recognized automatically.

    You're in

    Your account is created or accessed instantly. No password required — Google handles authentication.

Keep your sign-in method consistent

If you sign up with Google, always use "Sign in with Google" going forward. If you sign up with email/password, use that. The two methods create separate accounts even if the email address is the same.

Can't Sign In?

If your email and password aren't working:

  • Forgot your password? — Click Forgot password? on the login page. We'll email you a reset link.
  • Wrong email? — Make sure you're using the exact email address you registered with. Check for typos or try alternate addresses you may have used.
  • Used Google to sign up? — If you originally signed in with Google, use the "Sign in with Google" button instead of entering a password.
  • Account suspended? — If your account has been suspended, contact Support@TrackMyDebtor.com for assistance.
